Shipping policy

At Apex Performance Garage, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will be delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Apex Performance Garage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Apex Performance Garage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

We will assist when possible, but resolution depends on the carrier’s policies.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
