Rental Requirements
Before You Reserve
To rent a vehicle from Apex Performance Garage LLC, the primary renter and every authorized driver must meet all rental requirements.
Required Before Vehicle Release
- Valid driver’s license
- Required insurance information
- Driver verification documents
- Completed electronic rental agreement
- Required deposit and payment
- Approval by Apex Performance Garage LLC
After Your Reservation
After your reservation is received, an APX representative will prepare your rental agreement using your reservation and vehicle information.
The agreement will include:
- Assigned vehicle
- Rental dates
- Rental rate
- Security deposit
- Beginning mileage
- Fuel level
- Existing vehicle damage
- Rental policies and responsibilities
You will receive an email with a secure link to review and sign the agreement.
Important
A vehicle will not be released until all required documents, payments, approvals, and electronic signatures are complete.
